ANA All Nippon Airways slogan did taught me "Good Times Fly" but they didnt warn me it would tear through time like a manic Concorde aircraft.
Once upon a time,
Sun rises, sun sets, moon rise, moon set
sun rises, sun sets, 3/4 moon rises, 3/4 moon sets
sun rises, sun sets, 1/2 moon rises, 1/2 moon sets
sun rises, sun gets obsured by clouds, sun sets, 1/4 moon rises, 1/4 moon sets
(repeat)
And they live happily ever after.
there you have it. a meteorological summary of my doggoned holiday.
**oh, i do know the moon doesnt actually sets from the sky but as the writer of this weather report, I wont suggest entrusting your life on its accuracy. (<>..<>')
well... now I have to stretch my lazybones and drag myself out of bed in preparation of a new semester, out of this slothful fairytale yours truely has been enjoying, and back to reality.
Sitting here, in front of my computer, it is really as challenging as bringing the dead back to life.
But the poisoned apple is not all bad however, I could really do with some new knowledge juice to keep my brain from shivelling up like some Egyptian mummy's (i did read somewhere that Egyptian mummies don't have their brains though, I think it is removed before they mummify the corpse.)
I am satisfied that holiday-shivelled "bird brains" are still a notch up from dusty and egyptologist-molested-and-groped "no brains".
Plus side too, a new class and a new destiny awaits. That itself has its pros and cons. Who that is human would want change? But then again, change comes progress. Progress comes success. Ideally, that is. Or is it some Cinderella dream?
But sometimes imagination helps one finds the way in the reality he is lost in. If a halfling (like Frodo) can think big (not his fat halfling friend Sam), a human sure can think gargantuan.
Well... a prince cant change his blueblood (Past) but he sure can kiss his toad (Future) and turn her into a princess (Success!).
